About Toomer & Hayter
Toomer and Hayter Ltd were established in 1960 and have been one of the forerunners in providing quality upholstery and equipment to the marine industry for the past 45 years.
The business was the brain child of Lionel Toomer and Frank Hayter who realised there was a need for an upholstery outlet on the South Coast and successfully built up and ran the business for in excess of 30 years, latterly passing the reins over to their children Alan Toomer and Vivien West who have continued to build the business to it’s present status with the help of their strong workforce which currently numbers around 25.
At Toomer and Hayter Ltd, we pride ourselves on the exceptionally high standard of quality work undertaken which is borne out by the high percentage of repeat customers.
Our showroom is located at 74 Green Road, Bournemouth where we have on display many of the products listed in our catalogue, e.g. helmsman seats, pedestals, light fittings, teak and various samples of materials including a huge range of pattern books. We offer a comprehensive range of top quality marine products at competitive prices.
