We specialise in the manufacture of boat upholstery, from small sailing yachts to large power boats. All items are manufactured on site by our specialist team and are not out sourced. If you require a special seat to be manufactured we can undertake this for you we will need a drawing/sketch to start with.
Recovering
If your existing foam is fire retardant and dry, Covers may be successfully renewed. It is important that the foam is of a good fit and the edges have not collapsed.
DIY
We know that some customers like to manufacture their own cushions ( its a tricky job to get it right) but we are happy to supply just the upholstery material and all the sundries that go with it, stainless steel staples, foam, bottom cloth, piping cord, poppers, velcro etc we can supply the complete package.
Quotations
if you require a quotation we will require either sizes or paper templates. A basic layout plan and photographs are also very useful. Please remember to mark templates with your name and any other relevant information.
Once you have decided to go ahead with the work we will require full size paper templates of the base of the cushions, with the addition of the measurements for the top of the cushion so that they fit the hull sides. Take these measurements with a sliding bevel to give accuracy.
