All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Carriage charges are extra, and are normally next day.

Returns

Returns can only be accepted if agreed with the Company and within one month of purchase and must be accompanied by an invoice or till receipt as proof of purchase. All items must be returned in their original boxes to enable us to return to stock for re-sale. A 20% handling charge will be applied to all returns to cover adminstration costs. If goods returned as faulty and are then subsquently found to be in working order a charge will be applied to return the item to you.

Before returning lights as faulty, please ensure that you have actually switched the unit on. A basic idea, but sometimes customers have forgotten about the switches.

Items that have been especially manufactured for you are non-returnable.
